On June 28, 2018 our Board of Directors convened at the Melville Gallery of the South Street Seaport Museum for a full-day strategic planning retreat. Led by retreat facilitator Susan Coleman, board members participated in several activities geared toward discussing NYPAP’s successes and challenges in the past, as well as its goals for the next 3-5 years. The day was filled with productive discussion and animated mingling amongst the board. The day concluded with a new set of objectives and action items to pursue. We can’t wait to see where our goals take us in the coming years!
